Students Celebrate Thanksgiving with Service Learning

Every Thanksgiving season, our students participate in service learning projects to learn about those in need in their community and how to help them.  From collecting canned food for MUST Ministries (a record 700 boxes full of food collected just by Sequoyah Innovation Zone schools for the Sequoyah HS JROTC annual drive!), to coloring cards for Cherokee Thanksgiving meal recipients, to creating Thanksgiving food baskets for local families, our students came together to make a positive difference in their community.  Thank you to our teachers, staff, and volunteers who give our students these opportunities to learn about thankfulness and giving to others!  #CCSDElevateTheExcellence
